Hey there!

I’m Dr. Joanne Gordon

And I’m your guide to creating wellness and total health for you, both mentally and physically. With precision medicine, we’ll harness your body’s unique ability to heal itself.

The importance of eating right for your unique body:

“ My diet (of all things) was one of the reasons that I was feeling more anxious and depressed”

I didn’t know that my reaction to food was one of the root causes of some of the negative thoughts I was having. My thoughts led to actions that created disharmony in my life. Even though I ate gluten-free, dairy-free, and sugar-free for many years, I didn’t realize that eating lots of carbohydrates was impacting how I responded to the world and the people around me.

When I got upset or depressed, it would take days to get over it. I had no idea that diet was related to my moods.

When I switched my eating habits, my life turned around. Fasting cleared my head and a low-carb, high-protein diet took away my cravings. Now I feel great!

My previous behaviors impacted my relationships. Not anymore! I’m now blessed and grateful to have happy, strong, and meaningful connections in my life.

I can help improve your health by giving you the proper guidance and support you need. Together, we’ll create a plan to meet your unique health and lifestyle goals.

You’re a unique person. During your consultation, we’ll evaluate and address your unique obstacles to healing.

There will be many questions I ask about your circumstances. Where it all began, how it happened, and the impact it's had on you physically and mentally.

We’ll be able to assess obstacles to creating optimal health by looking at your diet, blood work, genomics, hormones, vitamin levels, mood, and emotional well-being.

The outcome will be a plan to improve your overall metabolic health - diet, sleep, exercise and stress management

Your mental health will improve.
How you see the world and react to circumstances and situations will become better.
You will be more open minded and start noticing more about who you are, what you do and if you're open to it, make better life decisions that have you living a life you truly love living.
